Overlooking Herdsman Lake, the Housing Industry Association of WA’s striking headquarters is situated in the heart of Osborne Park’s business precinct just minutes of the freeway from the Perth CBD.  HIA offers a variety of room solutions to cater for your needs.  All of our rooms are equipped with modern facilities, exude an air of solidity and professionalism and we have parking available on-site. 

Our training rooms have their own kitchenette with a separate entrance, and can be set up in a variety of configurations with a capacity of up to 150 people in theatre style. 

Should you require a more professional room hire for your next conference, presentation, board meeting etc, our Boardroom or Meeting Rooms will provide the highest standard of facilities.

We also offer catering options for your needs, and have full kitchen facilities available upon request.
