Overlooking Herdsman Lake, the Housing Industry Association of WA's striking headquarters is situated in the heart of Osborne Park's business precinct just minutes of the freeway from the Perth CBD.
Whether you need to organise a training session, conference, team building activity or seminar we have a suitable room, equipment, and delicious catering options available.
Our 2 training rooms are perfect for a classroom style setup, and can be opened up as 1 theatre style room able to seat up to 150 people with an excellent speaker and projector system in place.
They also have the advantage of having their own kitchenette and break area. Upstairs are our 2 meeting rooms and the always popular boardroom.
Additional facilities available for room hire include the use of microphones, laptop, whiteboards, flipcharts and projector. Prices start at just $170 for half a day, using Meeting Room 2 (For a non-member of HIA)
