At Tsunami there’s something for everyone. Whether it’s an 16 person celebratory family birthday in our teppanyaki bar or a cocktail style wedding of 300, our venue can provide exactly what you need.

Idealy located in Mosman Park close to the train station, Tsunami is a versatile venue spread out over 750m². There are five distinct areas for hire, the Front room, Back Dining Room, Back garden (which can expand out for larger functions using the ‘wing area’), a self contained private ‘Ripple Area’ at the rear and a teppanyaki bar to cater for 16-20 people.

Tsunami’s expansive grounds can host large wedding receptions, engagement parties, office Christmas parties and include large or small weddings where you can create an event that exceeds expectations.

Acclaimed head chef Tetsuya Sakamoto oversees the function menus, creating a range of dishes from traditional and modern Japanese to French inspired classics for those guests who prefer something more western.

Tsunami is only 25 minutes from Perth's CBD, a 5 minute drive from either the river or the ocean where in the case of a wedding there are many beautiful places for ceremonies or photos. In fact Tsunami also has an area that is frequently used for ceremonies, providing a convenient and quick way to move from ceremony to reception.
