Bluewater Bistro, or just Bluewater, is the perfect place to enjoy a casual lunch or dinner, a memorable family occasion, a carefully coordinated corporate function or the romantic wedding of your dreams.

Just 10 minutes’ drive from the Perth CBD, Bluewater seems a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by the majestic trees and rolling lawns of Heathcote Reserve, it commands breathtaking views over the sparkling Swan River by day and the twinkling lights of the city and seemingly endless foreshore by night.

Bluewater is the ideal venue for corporate dinners, meetings, seminars, family occasions and wonderful wedding celebrations and offers various dining areas within the unique heritage building. The dining areas include: 

Restaurant is spacious and light, spilling out on to a wide verandah and terrace, perfect for lunch on a sunny day, or dinner on a warm night with the stars above and twinkling lights across the river.

Private Dining Room seats up to 18 guests around a single large table or up to 40 guests for a cocktail party. The Private Dining Room is ideal for small corporate dinners, weddings and family occasions. This lovely room has superb views through high timber sash windows on three sides with access to its own small terrace area. (Note: due to the visibility of this room it is not recommended for meetings or seminars where audiovisual equipment is required).

Private Wine Room is perfect for intimate weddings, cocktail parties, corporate dinners, seminars and meetings. This gracious room maintains its old world charm with rare timber floorboards, open fireplace, walls lined with fine wine and French doors opening to the room’s own verandah area for guests to take in the fresh air and fabulous views. The room will seat 22 guests around a single boardroom style table or 40 people around 4 tables of 10. Cocktail parties and theatre-style seating can also be arranged.

Function Room with its own dedicated bar area and dance floor, is ideal for a sit down dinner or lunch for up to 90 guests, or up to 150 guests for a cocktail party. This large gracious room features large timber bay windows and French doors opening up to the rolling lawns of surrounding parkland where marquees can be arranged with the City of Melville for larger functions under the stars.
