Established in 1984 (previously Busselton Party Hire), we are locally owned and run with fully trained, experienced and professional staff. We pride ourselves on being the Premier Marquee and Events Hire Company in the South West.

To complete your Marquee hire we offer quality Marquee flooring with a choice of materials to suit your occasion.	Southwest Event Hire features a range of wedding furniture for hire to perfectly suit any wedding or party. We offer market umbrellas, red carpet runner, banquet tables, wine barrels, chairs, outdoor lounges and much more.
Cooling Equipment	Dance Floors
Ice bucket stands, cool rooms, wine coolers, plastic ice tubs, wine barrels halves and more - Southwest Event Hire has all the cooling equipment you need to make sure your alcohol and drinks stay icy cold all night!	What function isn't complete without a quality dance floor to dance the night away! Southwest Event Hire has a number of different size dance floors for hire - both indoor and outdoor, black, white gloss and wood colours.
Sound and Lighting	Cutlery and Glasses
Get the party started with a smoke machine, laser lights or 500w Powered Speakers. Or for a more romantic atmosphere, hire our fairy lights or beautiful rice paper domes.
