The Hen House Venue Description

Let our inspired artwork and incredible atmosphere be the perfect backdrop for your next warehouse event. We host over 40 events a year including;

• Bucks & Hens nights (we also allow adult entertainment)
• 30th, 40th, 50th & 60th Birthday parties
• Christmas parties, fashion parades & corporate events
• Engagement parties and even a number of weddings

The Hen House Rehearsal Studios is tucked away in a beautiful warehouse in Osborne Park. We have excellent parking and can accommodate for up to 80 people. Our location in an industrial area is also great as we have no issues with noise restrictions as well as excellent privacy.

The Hen House is typically available for exclusive use on Saturday nights from 6pm to 1am. On the day of your event, any equipment and supplies that are needed for the event can be dropped off during the day. From 6pm onwards the space is entirely yours and can be set up to your liking. Other days or nights are possible and will need a direct discussion with management.

We allow you to organise your own catering as well as supply your own alcohol. We’d love to show you The Hen House, so get in touch and we’ll give you a tour of Perth’s most unique warehouse venue.
